Many people feel overwhelmed and controlled by their powerful emotions and stubborn, spiraling thoughts. Ignoring them and trying to make them go away only causes them to escalate and result in big reactions that become that much more difficult to effectively manage and keep us stuck in maladaptive patterns of managing ourselves and life's circumstances. There are reasons why we have these big feelings and non-stop thoughts.  Seeking help isn't a sign of weakness it is a very logical and worthwhile step in gaining self awareness and insight into "why we do what we do" and making healthy changes.  It is the beginning step of working towards making life-changes and empowering yourself to be the authentic person you were created to be.

What motivates you to do what you do?
I love what I do! I am so grateful and feel as if I am living my dream to be able to help others experience "ah hah" moments, insight, healing and/or in some way start piecing things together for themselves and move forward. I love putting "tools in a client's tool boxes" and digging deep to get to the root of the issue that will not only help them with their current situation but to experience long lasting change.
